EditSoum is operated under the business name EditSoum, Italy. Contact: support@editsoum.ch. The payment service provider identified at checkout processes the transaction under its own terms and privacy notice.
2. Service and compatibility
EditSoum is a Windows 10/11 desktop application for filling tender PDFs. Document detection and PDF processing run locally. An active monthly or annual subscription authorises one active computer. Internet access is required for purchase, activation and periodic licence verification. A successful verification normally permits up to 72 hours offline, never beyond the paid period.
3. Price, renewal and cancellation
The monthly price is 7.99 in the selected supported currency. The annual price is 79.90, equal to ten monthly payments (two months free; 16.7% saving). Taxes and the final total are displayed before payment. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until future renewal is cancelled in the secure customer portal. Cancellation stops the next charge; access continues until the already-paid period ends unless a refund or chargeback terminates it earlier.
4. Checkout, delivery and device transfer
No registration is required before checkout. The payment provider collects email and the billing/tax information needed for the transaction. After confirmed payment, the licence code is delivered automatically by email. It binds to one computer. The customer can release that computer in the app before moving the licence; support can assist if the old device is unavailable. Sharing, resale, reverse engineering and circumvention of licence controls are prohibited by the EULA.
5. Refunds and consumer rights
EditSoum offers a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee when the product does not fit the customer's documents, subject to reasonable anti-abuse checks. This guarantee does not limit mandatory consumer rights. Consumers may have a statutory withdrawal right; where immediate supply/performance of digital content or services is requested, checkout will present any legally required consent and acknowledgement. Business purchases may not benefit from consumer withdrawal rules.
6. Availability and liability
Reasonable efforts are made to keep licence services available and to avoid data loss, but no detector can guarantee every PDF layout. Users must review totals and the produced PDF before submission. Liability is not excluded where exclusion is prohibited by law. Keep original PDFs and backups of important projects.
7. Personal data
The controller is the operator in section 1. We process checkout/customer identifiers, email, name/company, country, VAT ID where supplied, subscription/payment status, licence identifier, a hashed pseudonymous device identifier, device label, app version, activation/renewal timestamps and security audit events. We do not receive PDF pages, tender prices or project contents.
Data is used to perform the contract, deliver and renew licences, provide support, prevent abuse, meet accounting/tax obligations and defend legal claims. Legal bases are contract, legal obligation and legitimate interests in service security. Recipients may include the payment provider, hosting/database provider and transactional-email provider, under appropriate agreements and transfer safeguards.
Billing records are retained for legally required periods. Subscription and licence records are retained while active and afterwards only as needed for accounting, fraud prevention, support and legal claims; technical audit data is normally removed or anonymised within 24 months after the relationship ends unless a longer legal hold applies.
8. Website storage and rights
The public website uses no advertising trackers. It may store language, currency and billing-period preferences in browser local storage. The checkout provider may use essential security/payment technologies under its own notice. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object where applicable, and complain to the competent supervisory authority. Contact support@editsoum.ch.
9. Law
Italian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Courts and dispute rules follow applicable mandatory law.

EditSoum è un'app Windows 10/11 per compilare soumission PDF. Rilevamento e scrittura restano locali. L'abbonamento mensile o annuale autorizza un computer attivo. Internet serve per acquisto, attivazione e verifiche periodiche; una verifica riuscita consente normalmente fino a 72 ore offline, mai oltre il periodo pagato.
3. Prezzo, rinnovo e disdetta
Il mensile costa 7,99 nella valuta supportata scelta. L'annuale costa 79,90, pari a dieci mensilità: due mesi gratis e risparmio del 16,7%. Imposte e totale sono mostrati prima del pagamento. L'abbonamento si rinnova automaticamente finché il rinnovo futuro non viene annullato dal portale cliente. La disdetta evita il prossimo addebito e l'accesso continua fino a fine periodo, salvo rimborso o chargeback.
4. Acquisto, consegna e dispositivo
Non è richiesta registrazione prima del checkout. Il provider raccoglie email e dati di fatturazione/fiscali necessari. Dopo la conferma, il codice arriva automaticamente via email e si lega a un computer. Il cliente può liberarlo dall'app prima di cambiare PC; il supporto può intervenire se il vecchio dispositivo non è disponibile. Condivisione, rivendita, reverse engineering e aggiramento della licenza sono vietati dal CLUF.
5. Rimborsi e consumatori
È offerta una garanzia commerciale di rimborso di 30 giorni se il prodotto non è adatto ai documenti del cliente, con ragionevoli controlli antiabuso. Non limita i diritti inderogabili. Il consumatore può avere diritto di recesso; quando chiede l'esecuzione immediata di contenuti o servizi digitali, il checkout presenterà consensi e prese d'atto richiesti. Gli acquisti professionali possono non beneficiare delle norme consumer.
6. Responsabilità
Nessun rilevatore può garantire ogni struttura PDF. L'utente deve controllare totali e PDF prima dell'invio. Conservare originali e backup. Le limitazioni non si applicano dove vietate dalla legge.
7. Dati personali
Il titolare è indicato al punto 1. Trattiamo identificativi cliente/checkout, email, nome/azienda, Paese, identificativo fiscale del cliente se fornito, stato del pagamento e abbonamento, licenza, identificativo dispositivo pseudonimo e hash, etichetta PC, versione app, date di attivazione/rinnovo ed eventi di sicurezza. Non riceviamo pagine PDF, prezzi o contenuti dei progetti.
Finalità: esecuzione del contratto, licenze, supporto, sicurezza/antifrode, contabilità e obblighi fiscali. Basi giuridiche: contratto, obbligo legale e legittimo interesse alla sicurezza. Destinatari possibili: provider pagamenti, hosting/database ed email transazionali, con accordi e garanzie adeguati.
I documenti contabili restano per i periodi di legge. Dati di licenza e abbonamento sono conservati durante il rapporto e poi solo per contabilità, frodi, assistenza e contenzioso; gli audit tecnici sono normalmente eliminati o anonimizzati entro 24 mesi dalla cessazione salvo obblighi superiori.
8. Sito e diritti
Nessun tracker pubblicitario. Il sito può salvare in locale lingua, valuta e periodo scelto. Il provider di checkout usa le tecnologie necessarie a sicurezza e pagamento secondo la propria informativa. 9. Legge applicabile

Aucun contenu PDF n'est reçu. Bases : contrat, obligation légale et intérêt légitime de sécurité. Prestataires possibles : paiement, hébergement/base de données et email transactionnel. Conservation selon obligations comptables et juridiques ; audits techniques normalement supprimés ou anonymisés sous 24 mois après la fin.
Droits et droit applicable
Accès, rectification, effacement, limitation, portabilité, opposition et réclamation auprès de l'autorité compétente selon le RGPD. Garantie commerciale 30 jours sans limiter les droits impératifs. Droit italien, sous réserve des protections obligatoires du pays du consommateur.
